Shade 7 Publishing, in collaboration with the NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) South Wales Organ Donation Team, is delighted to offer FREE bilingual Welsh-English copies of A Different Kind of Hero / Arwres Wahanol i’r Arfer, together with FREE online storytelling sessions for schools and organisations across South Wales.
Primary schools, libraries, homeschooling groups, children’s hospitals, faith groups, charities, after-school clubs and community organisations are invited to register their interest below.

A Different Kind of Hero / Arwres Wahanol i’r Arfer is an inspiring and child-friendly story that helps children and families understand the importance of living kidney donation in an engaging, sensitive and accessible way.
Through storytelling and discussion, children are encouraged to explore themes of kindness, compassion, helping others and the life-changing impact of organ donation.
